Indigenous Peoples Day of Rage Against Colonialism – Round Two

day-of-rage-2021

This is a call for an Indigenous Peoples Day of Rage Against Colonialism on Sunday, October 10, 2021, everywhere.

Last year was fierce. (report backs & coverage here)

With thousands of remains of Indigenous children being uncovered this year in mass graves at residential schools in KKKanada, we add fuel to the fires of our collective rage and vengeance against the brutal legacy of colonial schools. We are calling for autonomous, anti-colonial, anti-capitalist, and anti-fascist actions. We will take the streets and we will take the waters and the forests. We will intervene in settler and resource colonial violence. We will defend our communities. We envision this Day of Rage to be decentralized, filled with creative direct action (both above ground and below ground), daring, and with extraordinary diversity of tactics. This could look like marches, occupations, blockades, street theater, it could look like anti-colonial messages spray painted on walls, it could look like monuments falling or going after boarding/residential schools, I.C.E. facilities or resource colonial corporations and their machinery. It could look like hundreds of people or just a couple of people in an affinity group with a targeted action.
What it looks like is really up to you.

Yá’át’ééh,
7/14/20 - We are shutting down our shop for now (hopefully not too long!) as we have shifted our organizing to focus full time on mutual aid through Kinłani Mutual Aid during this pandemic.
We intend on honoring all orders made recently and those that are seriously overdue. We sincerely apologize for our lack of response to some of your inquiries regarding the status of your orders. If you would rather have a refund please email us with the order number and subject "requesting refund." We hand print all shirts and organize orders at Táala Hooghan Infoshop where Kinłani Mutual Aid is now operating out of. We have limited space to manage printing right now (though that may change in the next few weeks).
Again, we sincerely apologize for this issue and will be sending all outstanding orders ASAP.
Ahe' hee',
The Indigenous Action Team
